The Aut-O-Rama Twin Drive-In was built in 1965 by the Sherman family and is still owned and operated by a third generation of the Sherman Family. The Aut-O-Rama Drive-In became the Aut-O-Rama Twin Drive-In for the 1972 summer season. The drive-in has always been a great value for your family entertainment and dining dollars, and these days that is more important than ever. 

We became the first Cleveland area drive-in to offer patrons a choice of movies. The Aut-O-Rama Twin Drive-In was also a pioneer for radio sound in the Cleveland area, being the first to install AM radio sound in our theatres. Today you can enjoy the movie soundtrack with Dolby FM stereo sound, quite an improvement from the old speakers that used to hang on your window!  

Our snack bar offers all of the usual treats like soda and popcorn, however many patrons arrive early and have dinner with us.  Everyone loves our ¼ pond hot dogs, hamburgers, meatball subs, pretzels, chicken wings, poppers,and fries, but the hands down favorite has become our large 16” pizza with your choice of toppings,  We serve Pepsi products including their juice and energy drink line as well as bottled water. After dinner visit the Sidewalk Shop for dessert, We have a great selection of candy but the best way to top off your dinner is with a soft serve ice cream treat, like a Razzle (it’s like a Flurry or a Blizzard) or a Rootbeer or Orange Crush Float or maybe just a nice cream cone.   We also have available coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

Rather than ban outside food at the  Aut-O-Rama Twin Drive-In we give patrons a choice of whether or not to bring food or beverages into the drive-in.  Fora $5.00 fee, you can purchase an “outside food and beverage permit” at the box-office to bring in your own food or beverages.  This permit is valid for one vehicle and one visit only.

We are open from the beginning of April until the end of September. The Aut-O-Rama is open 7 days a week from approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day. We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the beginning and end of the season. We are considered a first run theatre and during the summer it's not unusual to have 2 first runs as a double feature. We have a large  room for the kids and adults to enjoy before the movie.
